Calling all Davaoeños! The 3rd Guerrila Film Festival of Davao is once again coming to town this October. As the website says it is "Mindanao’s most recognized and most anticipated annual filmmaking event." There is also a workshop for those who wanted to learn how to make a Short-Film.
