The Best Movies I’ve Watched Last 2005
January 7, 2006 by iamdoods
Ok, so the year has ended and everybody had posted there year-ending “things” so here. These are my favorite movies last year in no particualr order but I there are TWO movies that I kept on watching to which I become attached to…
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - It’s the collaboration again of Depp and Burton that is as sweet as the title.
War of the Worlds - I’m a huge fan of Speilberg. By the way, a lesson learned, in case of alien attack, go to Boston.
Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit - Funny stop-motion animation and a great movie for kids.
Batman Begins - The reinvention of the Cape Crusader is really awesome.
Sin City - This is really GRAPHIC.
Crash - One of the best. Great cast and acting. Terence Howard is the man of the year.
Lord of War - It may be political, a friend of mine said to me that it’s lefty, but I loved it.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - I’m a book-reader and a fan, the movie was to fast but nicely done but I loved the Third.
Old Boy - A revenge movie from Korea. A sweet revenge.
Red Eye - Wes Craven is back and he did a good thriller.
Star Wars IV: Revenge of the Sith - I might not like Hayden but this had been a good ending fof the saga.
The 40-year old Virgin - The intelligent comedy film of the year.
And the two movies:
A History of Violence - Viggo is great, Ed Harris is great, William Hurt is great. A movie with great cast and storyline. David Cronenberg is great!
Constant Gardener - Multi-national drug companies are the tragets and Rachel and Ralph delivered the finest performance. A guirella-type of movie, The Davaoeno filmmakers should have seen this film.
That’s all folks. I’m out.
i pretty much agree except i hate wallace and gromit eventhough i havent seen any of their films. and i hate hayden christensen too. cillian murphy figures in two of your fave films. that guy is HOT! HOT! HOT! (plus i love how he cries).
